NB: All references to "U.K." addresses below apply to England, Wales and parts of Scotland only.
How quickly do you dispatch the goods ?
Our aim is to dispatch all goods as soon as possible, usually within the same day of receiving your order and cleared payment, as long as the order is made before 5.00pm. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be Dispatched on Monday.
Orders placed on a Bank holiday will be Dispatched the following working day.
How quickly does your carrier deliver ?
Orders for destinations within the UK should normally be received within 48 hours, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
You do have the option to have it delivered the next working day please tick appropriate box on check out.
Orders for destinations outside the UK are dispatched by Air Mail.
Dispatch date will be advised by email, orders should normally be received within 12 working days of dispatch, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Does someone have to be in to receive the package ?
For your protection, all packages must be signed for. You may prefer to arrange for delivery to an address other than your home (for example a work address).
What happens if I miss the delivery ?
You will be left a card giving you a telephone number to call to arrange either a collection by you, or a redelivery to the same or different address.

Can you gift wrap the package ?
Yes, we offer a gift wrapping service for £1.00 The goods will be wrapped to a high standard in a quality gift wrapping paper (Pink, White, Blue) Please email our customer services if you require advice on how a certain product will be wrapped.
Can you include a message ?
Yes, you may write a personal message to accompany the package.
Can you deliver to the recipient directly, or to a labour ward ?
Yes, simply provide their address details as the delivery address in the shopping cart. Please bear in mind that someone will need to be in to receive the package.
If you send the goods directly to someone else, will they see a receipt ?
No, the receipt will be sent directly to the person buying the goods.

Do you ship overseas ?
Yes, we ship to almost every country in the world.
How quickly do you send the goods ?
Usually same day, but please allow up to 24 hours as cardholder details need to be verified which may involve an overnight delay.

Can I return faulty or damaged goods to you ?
If you are not satisfied with your order you have received you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery .
If you are not satisfied with any product, please notify us as soon as possible,by Email info@pinksnblues.co.uk ,Phone or Snail Mail, with details of the problem, and return the item unused and in good condition, in its original packaging, within 14 days of delivery and we will exchange the item or issue a Credit Note, or refund the purchase price of the item, Only with an valid receipt. In the unlikely event of an item being defective, carriage charges will also be refunded.
All consignments are meticulously checked, packed with the utmost care, and leave Pinks N blues in good condition. In the unlikely event of goods being damaged in transit, please contact us immediately upon receipt. It would be helpful if you could also notify the carrier of any damage.
All claims for lost goods must be reported within 14 days of dispatch.
Your payment will be refunded by the same means in which you made the payment within 14 days of you sending it back to us.
Can I return something even if it is not faulty (perhaps if I changed my mind) ?
Yes, only with an valid receipt. Simply indicate the reason for return on your returns. You will need to dispatch it back to us within 14 days of receipt. We will then exchange the item for a different size (providing we have one in stock) or somthing else to the same value, providing that the goods are returned in their original packaging (with any hangers if applicable), have not been worn or soiled, and still have all of their labels intact. If you return the item within 7 days you may request a full refund by the same means in which you made the payment. After this period we will be happy to offer you an exchange or credit note.
How do I return a package to you ?
You simply return it to us the same way you received it.(By royal Mail)
You will be expected to pay for postage the second time around if you exchange it for another item. As we would be sending the new item back to you by recorded royal mail.

Why become a Registered customer ?
Registered customer are regularly offered exclusive benefits, including special price offers and advance notice of new product offerings.
Does it cost anything to be a Registered customer ?
No, it is completely free of charge.
How do I become a Registered customer ?
Simply go to the Home page and enter your e-mail address.
Will I receive correspondence from third-parties ?
All details are for the exclusive use of Pinks N Blues, and we have no plans to make Registered customers details available to anyone else.

Do you observe the Data Protection Act ?
Yes, we observe both the Data Protection Act of 1984, and the new act of 1998. We comply to the requirements of The Data Protection Commissioner and comply with them to collect and use personal information only as indicated in the Act.
Do you pass on my personal information to anyone ?
We believe in your right to privacy and are committed to protecting this right.
The information you supply will only be used to process your order and to provide you with information regarding that order.
Your details, including your email address, will not be passed to any other person or organisation.
We will only use your email address to communicate with you regarding your order and any promotional offers.
As stated above, any credit card details which you supply are only seen by our Secure Credit Card handler, and the relevant bank.

Can I buy from you if I live outside of the U.K. ?
Yes, simply use your credit card to buy in the normal way, and your credit card company will be billed in the currency shown. If this is not the currency normally traded by your card company they will convert the transaction value into your own currency and debit your card the equivalent amount in your own currency.
My currency is not available - how do I know how much it will cost in my currency ?
Currency rates change constantly. Please check you currency in your area for the daily rate.
Do you deliver outside of the mainland U.K.?
Yes, we can delivery to almost anywhere in the world.
What are my delivery options, and how much will it cost ?
We subsidize overseas shipping costs to minimize the delivery charge (the actual shipping cost is usually much higher than the flat fee OF £5.00 charged).
Can I pay by International Money Order ?
We regret that, due to heavy banking charges, we can not accept International Money Orders as a form of payment. Overseas customers should instead pay by card.
Do I pay the U.K. VAT (Value Added Tax) or any Sales Tax ?
No, childrenswear does not incur any VAT or sales taxes in the UK. Please note that your goods may incur customs charges when arriving in your country, and Pinks N Blues has no control over these charges, and can not therefore be held accountable for any such charges made.
Other items which do have Vat (Value Added Tax) on, the Vat is included in the price which is show.
Can I return goods to you for replacement or refund ?
Yes,Only with an valid receipt, we extend our Returns policy to overseas buyers, but are not able to offer a postage paid service to return the package to us. You will instead have to return the package to us yourself. Please note that you must obtain proof of postage in case the package gets lost on its return to us.

How do I make a complaint?
If you have a complaint of any nature please contact our Customer Services department by e-mail, post, telephone. If your complaint can not be resolved immediately we will contact you within five working days to offer you an expected timetable for resolving the complaint.Please read our Returns Section.
